Our Home Instead office is looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a full-time Training Coordinator focused on training our CAREGivers on how to be the industry's best! Your job will be to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting core Home Instead training, in-person, classroom style
• Managing our online learning system
• Answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
• Fielding inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and scheduling client appointments or interviews
• Assisting the Staff Coordinator as needed, helping get our CAREGivers to shifts
  

The successful applicant should:

• Have excellent written and oral communication skills (you will be doing lots of talking to people!)
• Be able to use standard office software applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Be open to learning new software packages
• Have at least one year professional experience in a related field
  

The position is for regular office hours, 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Relevant experience in human resource processes is a PLUS.
